Consultations are complimentary prior to any service and required for all colour services. Consultations must be done ahead of the actual service appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure an appointment, we require a credit card on file. The Dye Lot has a 48-hour cancellation policy, if a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours there will be a charge up to 50% of their scheduled service.
